Our Story
Drew and Makayla met back in 2016 after a friend of Drew's transferred from Drew's high school to Makayla's high school. She set up Drew on a blind date with one of her new friends, but it wasn't with Makayla. After some redirecting and "friend of a friend"-ing, they were finally put in each other's paths. A short year later, they would begin dating in the midst of a laser tag game. The next few years would provide memories of traveling to Seattle, Tennessee, and Toronto together. They would also celebrate many birthdays together; their birthdays are only two days apart! After lots of long drives back and forth from each other's homes and a brief trial run of living together during COVID, they would eventually buy a home together in November of 2021. In June of 2022 the long awaited question was asked... and here we are!
We are so excited to have you with us on our wedding day to celebrate our love and our future life together as spouses. Thank you all for your support and love to us over these past years and many years to come.
